    Geography: The SouthEastern United States with a preference for Georgia, Florida and Tennessee. Size: 10,000 – 250,000+ Square Feet Price: $1,000,000 to $20,000,000 Financing: All Cash or conservative, low leverage financing.
  • TYPE OF DEALS
    Retail Assets – anchored or unanchored Priced below replacement cost Five mile radius of 50,000+ people or greater Stabilized properties with motivated seller or assuming above market existing debt Projects with excess land and/or outparcels Redevelopment and repositioning opportunities
